We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us!
We only deviate from our schedule in the event of dental emergencies that must be taken care of immediately. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice.

Financial Policy

We accept cash, checks, debit cards and most major credit cards. We also offer CareCredit® and in-house financing for patients who qualify, because we understand that low monthly payments can make it easier to fit quality dental care into your budget. Our goal is to remove financial barriers so that all of our patients—regardless of age, income and dental needs—can receive the care they need and desire.

Accepted Insurance & Insurance Questions

If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to help you maximize your benefits. We are in-network for Delta Dental, Cigna, WEA Trust, and Guardian Dental. Please bring your card and insurance information with you to each visit so that we can make sure our records stay current. As a courtesy to you, we will file and track all claims and provide postage for special claims. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between your employer, your insurance company and you, and that you are responsible for the payment of all professional fees, regardless of the extent of insurance.
